Condo was fantastic. Clean and neat. Really enjoyed being able to park so close to elevators. Only negative was the hot water never lasted through an entire shower. However. We loved our stay and will be visiting that condo again

Great Location, Good Mattress

Really enjoyed our stay here. The size of the building made it easy to get around and the ocean view was great. The center main window/sliding door is discolored/damaged so it impacts the view from inside since you can't see through it but the side windows are fine. Mattress was very comfortable in bedroom. Kids loved the bunks. Washer/dryer seemed fairly new and worked well. There were a few small maintenance issues when we arrived but they were corrected quickly and the tech was very friendly. The master bedroom could use blackout drapes. We used a blanket. There are also NO rugs in this unit at all, so the fight against sandy floors was constant. The broom provided was pretty small almost like a toy broom. We used towels by the bed, in the bathrooms and at the doors to help and just swept daily. Condo is located very close to Wal-Mart which is handy and it's easy to get in and out of the parking area. This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and it was fun. The water is clearer and calmer than the Atlantic coast we are used to. I didn't like that the beach is COVERED with rental chairs and umbrellas so it makes it very restrictive on where you can set your own stuff up. It's designed to force you into $40 a day rentals I guess (which we didn't do) and just made the best of it. I like the water here better but the actual BEACH on the Atlantic side better. WiFi had sporadic outages but came back on soon each time. There were tons of leftover boogie-boards, pool noodles, etc in the closet there so no need to buy them on the way in. If we return to this area we would stay here again, it was overall a nice place.

It was a good overall condo. The kitchen is stocked but not with pans or mixing bowls. Plenty various pots & skillets. Unfortunately, the water was shut off to the building twice in one day....Thankfully, not off more than few hours. It’s a fine condo for small group or young family. Not recommended for 6 women. Definitely clean condo & yes would recommend again.

Twin Palms

We enjoyed 15 days on the top floor facing the ocean. Only thing you needed was food and your clothes. Everything else was provided. Excellent view from the balcony. Spa, inside hot tub that set eight, a sauna, outside double pool with hot tub. The decor entering the building was very nice. We had a great time and will be back.
