New cleaning protocols & check-in time
Our housekeeping teams are working harder than ever with new procedures for COVID, and they’ve asked us all for a little help. Providing the extra time necessary for these new protocols requires that we push check-in time to 6 PM. We want to take care of your health and safety, but we also know you are eager to get here, so please feel welcome to arrive on-property any time after four and enjoy the amenities on-property as you await check-in.

Governor extends rental suspension through phase 1 of Florida’s re-opening
On April 29th, the Governor of Florida announced the continued ban on short-term vacation rentals (Executive Order 20-112) through phase one of Florida’s re-opening. Unfortunately, at this time, there is no set date for lifting this ban. We do not know how long the ban will last, but we do know that as long as the ban is in place, we cannot check you into your condo reservation.
There’s always a chance the ban could be lifted before your arrival date, but as with everything else right now, there is still a great deal of uncertainty. We’re happy to work with you on moving your travel dates; or if you prefer, we will cancel your reservation without penalty. Our staff and the whole community will look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful beaches as soon as possible.
