Our proudly-American company is based in Panama City Beach, Florida, and senior management lives in and serves the community and destination. Royal American represents condos in more than fifteen different Panama City Beach properties enabling us to craft the perfect getaway for each guest.

  • What are the benefits to booking through your professional management company versus booking from an individual owner or other website?

    The peace of mind that comes with 24-hour customer service plus a housekeeping and maintenance staff on call. After planning your vacation all year, the last thing you want are unwanted surprises to deal with when you’re miles from home and your condo’s owner is hundreds of miles away. You also qualify for our deals, specials and promotions.

  • How is a condo different from a hotel room or timeshare?

    Condos offer more space and a home-like environment. Condo guests can save money for fun by cooking their own meals in the fully-stocked kitchens. Unlike a hotel room, each condo is unique! They are individually owned and reflect the owners' personal taste.

  • Will my condo receive daily housekeeping?

    No. Condos are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Should you wish to have basic housekeeping services during your stay, we are happy to schedule them at your convenience but additional fees may apply.

  • What is included in a condo?

    Most of our units feature all of the comforts of home. You can browse the individual units to find the one that best meets your needs and budget!

  • What supplies are provided?

    Royal American Beach Getaways provides linens, bath towels and a one to two-day starter supply of the following items:

    1. Hand/Face Soap
    2. Conditioning Shampoo
    3. Body Lotion
    4. Toilet Paper
    5. Paper Towels
    6. Laundry Detergent
    7. Dishwashing Detergent
    8. Dish Soap
    9. Trash Bags

  • Who is responsible for cleaning the condo at departure?

    While our professionals will take care of cleaning, we do ask that guests leave the property reasonably clean. Please remove all trash and deposit it in the proper trash chute or receptacle. Additionally, please make sure all dishes have been placed in the dishwasher. Finally, please leave your wristbands (where applicable) on the kitchen counter.

  • Are there different fees associated with renting a condo?

    Fees vary by property but generally consist of housekeeping fees, registration fees and resort fees. Royal American Beach Getaways collects most of the fees, but some properties require items like parking passes and wristbands to be paid for on-site so ask your reservation agent for details.

  • Am I required to pay a security deposit?

    A one-time non-refundable damage protection fee--$45 for condos with one bedroom and $65 for condos with two or more bedrooms--will be charged as part of your deposit. The damage protection fee gives guests peace of mind by covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage. Damage must be reported immediately in order to be covered by the fee.

  • What's your severe weather policy?

    Royal American Beach Getaways only issues unused rent refunds for hurricanes or weather events where the National Weather Service has issued a mandatory evacuation for Bay County during stay dates. We offer CSA Travel Protection Insurance for travelers looking for protection from losses associated with unforseen events.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    Absolutely--as long as there isn't another guest coming into your unit. Early check-in or late check-out may be also be an option for a small fee. Just inquire!

  • Do you offer airport shuttle service?

    No. We are happy to help you coordinate transportation. Feel free to ask one of our agents for assistance.
